The Taj Akko easily accessible in the old city and a short walk from everything. Our room in the old stone hotel was nicely decorated with old tiles on the floor, a large comfortable bed, colorful pillows on a bench and stone walls and ceiling. The owners left fresh fruit, coffee and chocolate for us as well as bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. The hotel is a short walk from the free public parking area. We couldn't find a spot, so we parked a bit farther away. The owner paid our parking. We would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, include a nicely equipped kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. Each floor is decorated differently and tastefully. The pool looks nice too though sadly wasn’t usable when I visited.

El entorno y las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, pero destacaría sobre todo el magnifico trato y atención por parte del personal. El desayuno muy bueno en cantidad, calidad y variedad. La ubicación te permite recorrer el norte de Galilea y los Altos del Golán con desplazamientos cortos. Además esta cerca de un buen número de parques nacionales. Volveremos!

Hotel cómodo y limpio, perfecto para conocer la zona del Mar de Galilea. Personal muy amable, nos hicieron un upgrade a la llegada y nos invitaron a cenar, a pesar de no estar incluído en nuestra reserva. Desayuno muy completo. Instalaciones muy correctas, fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores.

La ubicación es buena, tienes cerca varios restaurantes y la zona como tal es tranquila para caminar hasta tarde, la habitación estuvo bien, comoda y bien aseada, la vista al Mar de Galilea también estuvo muy bien desde la habitación.

as advertised and expected. Clean and comfortable rooms with exceptionally good location within the complex, including a very private environment and a great view of the Kineret in the distance..... that was extremely helpful and positively contributed to our experience. Easy access to parking, warm and helpful staff, nice breakfast. We did not avail ourselves of the horse-riding services.

One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good service. Many waiters all smiling and happy to offer us more drinks/cheese/dessert. They were all fantastic. Keep it up! Also the front desk person who checked us in (David - I think or Daniel?). He was wonderful. Very helpful extremely sweet and caring. He called us a cab and made sure we did not miss it. He also made sure we were comfortable in our room multiple times. He is a fantastic employee and you should make sure to credit him for our enjoyable stay!
