L'hotel 5 stelle a conduzione familiare Schweizerhof Luzern si trova nel centro storico di Lucerna, vicino al lago e a soli 10 minuti di cammino dal Centro di Cultura e Congressi e dalla stazione... We loved everything. The location was excellent. The hotel is close to everything. Although it is on the other side of the train station and pier, it’s actually just a 5 to 10-minute walk. The chapel bridge is between the wall from the station and hotel. Behind the hotel, about 10 to 15 minutes of walking, are the Lion Monument and the Glacier Garden. At check in, we knew it was going to be an excellent stay. The concierge, Noah (I hope I spelled his name right), immediately made us feel welcome. He gave us information, tips and suggestions that made life easier for us. The lady who delivered our room service was so very wonderful as well. The customer service is just top notch: professional and yet warm. Everything about our room was just wonderful. It was huge, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was clean and huge, and the view was just to die for. Check out was painless and quick, with the same efficient and yet warm customer service. I can’t say enough good things. If we have the chance, we would love to visit Luzern so we could stay in Hotel Schweizerhof again.

L'hotel è bello e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile; ottima colazione internazionale servita in una bella sala o in veranda o terrazza con vista sul lago. Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la vista dalla camera: la grande finestra dà sul lago di Lucerna e la sera del nostro arrivo il temporale ha dato spettacolo con i lampi che illuminavano il paesaggio e le colline. L'indomani col sole... meraviglia! (vedi foto) Comoda posizione a pochi minuti di auto da Lucerna; grande e comodissimo parcheggio.

Stanza bella, spaziosa e confortevole, con stupenda vista lago e balcone. Personale gentile, accogliente ed efficiente; in particolar modo il giovane signore che mi ha fatto check-in e check-out alla reception, mi ha aiutata più volte con competenza e simpatia (e in italiano). Posizione stupenda. Posteggio comodo e gratuito. Il Bus per Lucerna-centro ferma davanti all'hotel e con la prenotazione si riceve una carta che vale come giornaliera per i mezzi pubblici (Hotel - stazione Lucerna: 15 min). Spa piacevole e ben organizzata. Nel giardino/terrazza che affaccia sul lago, sono posizionate delle casette di legno dove per min 2 persone si può mangiare la fondue (formaggio e chinoise), separati dagli altri clienti. In alternativa c'é un ristorante à la carte. Ci tornerò certamente.

Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.

Lo Swiss Holiday Park è una tappa fissa da tanti anni ed è sempre al top. Parcheggio comodo. Camere dell'ostello piccole ma funzionali, con bagni in comune sempre liberi e pulitissimi e splendida sala comune con vista montagne. Colazione superlativa compresa anche con il pernottamento in ostello. Possibilità di usufruire di 2 giorni di spa con una sola notte. Spa meravigliosa sia indoor che outdoor e area saune vietata ai bambini silenziosa, accogliente e pulitissima.

In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.

Dal punto di vista paesaggistico Rigi Kaltbad è semplicemente fantastico, la SPA non è grandissima ma mi piace anche per questo, è tenuta molto bene e trovo che sia un’ottima iniziativa sia quella di fare in modo che sia incluso nel prezzo il godimento della stessa i giorni in cui si soggiorna nell’hotel, sia il fatto che sia riservata ai clienti dalle 8 alle 10 di mattina. Un’oasi di quiete immersi nella natura. Ho trascorso un soggiorno perfetto.

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

Position was amazing. Breakfast had great choices and wonderful staff. Room comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights making use of most facilities. What a pleasure. Thank you to all the great helpful staff. Would recommend to anybody
