You are looking for a unique and quiet place, you dream of waking up to the birdsong and sunrise colours, relaxing by an outside swimming pool in private flourishing gardens or admiring magnificent sunsets comfortably installed on a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and a golf course. Then, you will certainly enjoy this modern, spacious and very comfortable apartment located on the first floor of Terrazas de Cortesin Seaveiws residence, with a bright living room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with a panoramic view on the famous Finca Cortesin golf course and the Mediterranean sea. Two spacious bedrooms with large dressing rooms, on-suite bathrooms each with a toilet, one with a bathtub and a shower, the other with a walk-in shower. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided for each guest. Private gardens and 2 outside swimming pools with sun loungers are accessible to residents . A private parking place in a closed garage is available and the apartment is accessible by lift for people with reduced mobility.
We are Pierre and Yaël and we live in Belgium. We are golfers and have discovered this little corner of paradise in Andalusia where we can indulge our passion all year round. We are very happy to make our apartment available to travelers so that they can also discover this exceptional place and all what this magnificent region has to offer.
Terrazas de Cortesin Seaviews is an exclusive property located in the Finca Cortesin golf complex, one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain which hosts major international competitions and has a 5* hotel and 3 restaurants all of which are fabulous. The environment is therefore very pleasant, quiet and safe as Finca Cortesin is a private property, with 24/7/365 security access where you will be welcomed on arrival. The apartment is 10 minutes drive from the beach, shops, typical restaurants (chiringuito on the beach), multiple 18 hole golf courses (Costa del Golf...), marinas and the historical centre of Estepona with its typical Andalusian flowered streets. There are many other activities in the area such as hiking, walking along the sea, horse riding or shopping in the marinas of Puerto Banus, Marbella, Sotogrande or Gibraltar. Andalusia is famous for its delicious hospitality, gastronomy and wines, traditions and history: Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Ronda and the typical white villages of Andalusia for a day trip. Terrazas de Cortesin Seaviews is therefore the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday with friends or family to discover this wonderful region and its people.
