This magnificent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has recently been completely renovated. Featuring a total of 80 square meters of living space, 2 balconies, with the most amazing views on the famous mountains of Kitzbühel, it is an ideal home for your perfect alpine vacation any time of the year. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living so the property can accommodated up to 6 guests. Free 5G wifi, onsite parking and located close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Hiking and biking trails are on your doorstep and the ski lifts are a short bus ride away.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the grocery store in less than 5 minutes. Within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment, it is also possible to take the bus (and the ski bus), so as to easily reach places such as the famous Hahnenkammbahn to go skiing or the center of town. Both, the Hahnekammbahn and the Hornbahn are located within 2.5 km and can be reached with the ski bus (free with guest card)
