Ashby House offers accommodation in Tenby. All rooms have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in all the rooms. Ashby House is the Harrods of Band B’s. The excellent furnishings everywhere , cleanliness etc are of the highest standard. We travel a lot to different regions and so think we can judge Ashby against others we have used. Even the breakfasts are outstanding, with a simply wonderful selection of fruits, breads , crumpets etc etc. The cooked breakfast we had was well cooked and plenty. You can’t go wrong.

In the centre of Builth Wells, Bronwye Guest House is a 4-star rated bed and breakfast on the route of the Wye Valley Walk. Everything! it was adorable. Tony and Sandra were very hospitable. the breakfast was great! the property abutted a nice field for walking.

This 5-star bed and breakfast is an elegant stone-built property surrounded by 12 acres of private woods and gardens. The breakfast was perfect. A massive bowl of fresh fruit for me, with some non dairy yoghurt. I also ate at their hotel for dinner on both nights…the food was delicious and the staff were efficient, but also kind and generous with their conversation. I had a luxurious bath on one evening, looking out to the green natural surrounds. I could have stayed longer.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, has friendly staff, our room was very comfortable with everything we needed, and the restaurant was fabulous. We walked into Tenby (an hour’s walk each way) and enjoyed exploring the old town. We had treatments at the Dovecote too - a definite must!

Porthmadog High Street is 30 meters and both national and steam trains are within 600 meters of Tudor Lodge. The Tudor Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast. Phenomenal breakfast! Kind, warm, and welcoming staff. comfortable beds, great showers, and great location.
