Porthmadog High Street is 30 meters and both national and steam trains are within 600 meters of Tudor Lodge. The Tudor Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast. Great warm welcome from our hostess, Claire. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Tudor Lodge is perfectly positioned and in walking distance to local shops and train stations.

The views over the bay were stunning. The best was our delicious breakfast, being served to our room every morning. There was also a vegetarian alternative on offer! We would definitely recommend this B&B. Also the position is ideal. We didn't move the car from the free parking lot for the 1st 2 days. The nearby restaurants were serving excellent food.

In the open countryside of Llanaber, Beautiful Wales offer modern, converted barns with stunning beach views. Delightful accommodation in peaceful surroundings enabled us to have a wonderful break in Barmouth. We stopped in Penty Mochyn for a week in mid-January, and had a great time. We were provided with informative correspondence prior to our arrival by our hosts Jan & Mick, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful with advice on local amenities and places to visit - including the shortcut directly to the beach! Our holiday barn was first-class, spotlessly clean, modern and relaxing; the view out to the sea was superb. We enjoyed an excellent holiday and Penty Mochyn is definitely highly recommended!
