The villa was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the private garden space and made use of the built-in barbecue, which included our Christmas dinner. Only a 1 minute walk to the swimming pool and a few minutes drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. I would highly recommend the accommodation and the owner is very helpful too.

It was so clean and tidy the roof terrace was amazing for sunbathing and all the channels available on the tv were ideal for days my youngest son needed a break from the heat. The kitchen facilities were brill and such a bonus having a washing machine and full size fridge freezer. Staff were so helpful and let us have late checkout as we had a night flight would definitely use again and can’t wait to go back x

Excellent location and excellent apartment couldn't of asked for anything more,host Franck couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome picking us up from airport with a cold water waiting for us, apartment was spotless, everything you needed was in it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in would highly recommend it looking forward to going back next year. Franck provided water, wine full toiletries and a lot more which you wouldn't expect. Franck went above anything we could of wanted and apartment excellent.

The property was extremely clean and well presented. Everything to hand and in good repair. Location was very quiet. Hosts were exceptional, kind and attentive. We even received a lift to the airport (Merci Franck). Wonderful base for a holiday with plenty of outdoor areas to sit/lie in the sun!

Private pool very close by with amble sunbeds. There wasn't a day where we couldn't get sitting by pool. Close to beach and town. Less than 5 minutes by taxi which are very easy to get and very cheap at 3 to 4 euro per trip. Great local supermarkets with amazing fresh fruits. Fantastic hosts. Olivier was always available by WhatsApp and most helpful.

מקום האירוח Sunny Luxury Apartment with two great sunny - level terraces, two swimming pools, in a new complex Pueblo Majorero, close to Fuerteventura Golf Club, next to the beach, Atlantico Shopping... There are plenty of positive points: The location is absolutely amazing. You can easily reach the beach, shopping facilities (maybe even the African market) by foot. If you just want to spend your time on the city beach of Caleta you don’t even need a car. You can also go for a walk along the beach promenade till the boat harbour. The facility is very comfortable: There is a lift and a pool only for the residents of the facility. The pool is quite big and very clean. We have seen the staff checking every morning the quality of the water. On the pool area there are also toilets and showers. The furnishings in the apartment are stunning. We really loved all the furniture, decorations and dishware so much! So much passion for detail! But it was not only the design which we liked so much, all the things were absolutely clean. Im quite a cleanliness freak :-D But I was absolutely satisfied with the condition of the furniture and dishware. The kitchen has all the devices you may need: There is a dishwasher, a flatbed (!) microwave, an oven, an exhaust hood, a coffee machine (Dolche Gusto), a water kettle. And everything quite new and super clean. The washing machine is also available and clean as well. There are two bathrooms, both stocked with body wash, shampoo and hand wash. In each bathroom there is a hair drier (not very high-powered, but absolutely ok). On the balcony and the sun terrace you can find beautiful and convenient furniture. But there is no sunshade and no shower possibility on the sun terrace. The support and communication with Kate and the manager are excellent.
