It was a perfect location for spending quality time with children/grandchildren. The house have stunning view to the Bass strait. Especially we liked almost "private beach" within walking distance (around 500 m). Most times when we went swimming we were the only people around. In the morning I had contacts with a wild wallaby who lives next the beach. The host was very helpful. Our questions were answered promptly and the host provided also internet connection despite this was not in the original list of services. Kitchen was well equipped and we had no problems to make our own food.

Set just 31 km from Theatre Royal, Laid Back Manor, luxury and private golf offers accommodation in Kaoota with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. super comfortable with lots of amenities. its was quiet and very private. you have access to nature and golf too. at your doorstep. there is a large porch swing with heater and blankets. forest was lit at night. wallabies on the prowl. creek runs through property. didnt see a platypus but i am sure there are one or two. close enough to huonville if need supplies. there are some goodie in cabinets for you. i made hot chocolate. i did not see hot plate but there is air fryer. i travel extensively and rarely write reviews but i think this one deserved my time. cheers.
