We saw roe deers and pheasants walking and playing around the property. - Location of the house is very close to Lake Klopein (the warmest lake in Europe). - The most important thing is that Neda and Willi are the most frendly, helpful and welcoming people. Neda made our stay very special. We are happy to come back again and definitely recomend this house to anyone looking to visit this spectacular lake in beautiful Austria.

If you golf (I don't) it seems ideal. Breakfast was brought to our table on a tray and it was more food than we could eat.
