Excellent reception by the owner, very likeable person. Clear explanation about the facility and the options. In general, everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, is at hand. The appartement is very up to date. It is cozy although it has a modern feel to it. We have an autistic child and were very happy that he wasn't able to leave the perimeter on his own. The gardens surrounding the appartement are ideal for a child. After 2 days it was clear that we're going to spend our next vacation there.

We are regular visitors to Torremelinos and this property was in the perfect location for us. Close to the beach and all that the seafront has to offer and also close to the town. The property had more than enough space for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Beautiful balcony with stunning sea views. Spotlessly clean and the owner clearly cares about the quality and presentation of the apartment. We will definitely rent the apartment again. Carol was so helpful and we can’t thank her enough!

Julio the host, was very informative and helpful. He showed and explained everything in details. The apartment features 2 balconies in ok size. The living room and kitchen is of good size. Believe the sofa can turn into bed. Kitchen has all appliances you need. And it contains a lot of consumables like coffee, sugar, spices and cleaning stuff. Bedroom also decent space with wardrobe and hangers and a commode. Bathroom further inn is nice with big shower that works very good. Good space. Hooks and handles for towels. Plenty of consumables. The building has access to a common pool and garden area. Easy entry. All outside area is ok maintained, but pool could have a skimmer so debris get filtered out more often. Water quality was good anyway. The train station is a few minutes walk away and that takes you to Torremolinos centrum every 15 min / 30 min (late evening) and its done in minutes. Cost is very low. The beach with many restaurants and bars is 10 min walk (850m). Málaga is also easy visit by train. Worth the trip in to see fortress and other buildings. Good food and action. The owners Victor and Victor senior were both charming and helpful (they live next door). The apartment that we stayed in was cosy, traditional and ideal for two people. It has a lovely sunny terrace and is situated in a residential area. It is a 5 minute walk to the railway station with good access along the coast, the airport and Malaga city.

The location of the house is excelent. Also the communication with Victor (both son and father) is very efficient, quich, and they held a lot with every information needed.
