The hotel / motel is your pretty average 3* affair. No frills, inexpensive... it's 'fine' but don't expect any luxury. Nicely located on the edge of the Art District for bars and eateries. Downtime was a 25 minute walk, the main strip around an hour walk. Obviously a cab's quicker, but I like to use my legs.
