Upscale and connected to nature at the same time - the vibe and design of the hotel and communal spaces was very cool and welcoming. Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast buffet was delicious and they had mimosas which was such a nice touch! Access to the geysirs and some trails was across the street and super convenient. We stayed at multiple hotels in different parts of Iceland and we all said this was our favorite.

Litli Geysir Hotel is on Route 35, located only 656 feet from the world famous Geysir hot spring in Iceland’s Haukadalur Valley.

The smaller hotel was closed for the season and they upgraded us to the bigger geyser hotel. It was stunning.

The hotel was a perfect base camp for a couple of days around the golden circle! Especially found the staff above and beyond. Also was happy with the food.

Fantaatic place a short drive from Geysir. Pur child enjoyed watching the cows during bfast and dinner. Very good food both at dinner and breakfast! Cozy wooden cabin.
