Beautiful city with good people all over...no crime that was obvious to a typical tourist....many places to see within walking distance of downtown otherwise taxi available if want to go to the mountains etc. Was lucky to get an excellent driver and guide who spoke decent English to understand and be understood. Was not too impressed with the Turkish restaurant but maybe others are better...however enjoyed the iranian cuisine and india meals

A small and charming city with many attractions to visit. You can easily walk to these places or take a taxi. The locals are helpful, even if they do not always smile. If you ask for help, they will gladly assist you. We stayed at The Imperial House, which is just a short walk to many attractions. The Old Town Tbilisi has the look and feel of a modern...
The Old Town Tbilisi has the look and feel of a modern European city. Outside of that area, there are quite a few nice areas, but also some telltale reminders of a post-Soviet Republic. EU flags fly everywhere. Stores are modern, convenient and plentiful as are traditional sidewalk bakeries and shops. Cha-cha is a local grappa that gets passed around for free a lot. Wines are consistently good, no fluctuation in quality like a lot of vintners from Eastern Europe or Australia. Clay pot aging a local tradition. Driving culture is sensible and people are confident and friendly. Read up on local cuisine and make sure you try the lamb. Beautiful greenery City, surrounded by many restaurants and you can explore many tourist spots on foot. Avoid exchanging the currency at the airport as you get better rate outside. Nice Small City for a weekend retreat, however if you want to extend the stay, the explore nearby cities, and ample options available to explore from Beautiful City Views with rich history to mountains and snow on the other end. Food is good, and if you try local food made by locals in remote areas of Georgia, i am sure you will remember it for a very long time. If i go again, food in the mountains would be a primary reason.

Trusty people in everything, staff, manager and the owners are so helpful, they invite me on their supra and taste almost all Georgian dishes without totally additional fees. It was real Georgian hospitality. Rooms are clean, they offer room service everyday. Breakfast is extra fee (around 5 Euro) and the dishes are so tasty and full. Hotel is not in the center, but priority is that metro is near, around 10-15 min walking and costs around 40 cent, so in 15-20 minutes I could reach every destination.LilianaUnited Kingdom

Extensive fresh breakfast with both Georgian and western food was included. The bar on the rooftop terrace offers wonderful views of Tbilisi. As the hotel only opened a few weeks ago, everything was modern and in perfect condition.
